It was extensively tweaked by the man personally and it was used on countless famous recordings.
It has been covered in depth here: http://ampgarage.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8753&highlight=steve+farris Title: Re: Cost of a new dumble Post by: plasticvonaband on February 11, 2011, 05:44:22 PM anyone else notice it has an EVM-12 in it? Very nice

Title: Re: Cost of a new dumble Post by: Nairbr on February 12, 2011, 12:23:42 AM I was always impressed with Steve Farris's tone on "Welcome To The Real World" album, that was long before I even knew what a Dumble was. ;D
Title: Re: Cost of a new dumble Post by: JD0x0 on February 15, 2011, 10:33:04 PM Actually the price of a new dumble is about $5K and it'll cost you a tube amp. HAD no longer builds amps from scratch. He will still mod tube amps to the dumble circuit though you just need to supply the amp.
