Title: Clean Channel is not working Post by: Keck on March 22, 2018, 06:39:31 AM I just finished my OTS 50 build and learned a ton. Long story short when i turn off the overdrive channel, i get nothing. I biased the amp and measured all tube pins. Every thing looks fine. I tried the foot pedal and manual switch and confirmed when the OD is disengaged the amp goes silent. While OD is engaged, if i turn down the Level pot it, again, goes silent. I double check the wire paths and all is ok. Tomorrow i will check for cold solders, but can anyone think of something else while i'm in there?
I also checked all other pots and tone switches and they are working fine. PAB circuit switches in and out as it should. Title: Re: Clean Channel is not working Post by: Keck on March 23, 2018, 05:03:49 AM Found it. The jumper from pin 8 to 11 was missing on the bottom of the OD relay board. I assumed it would be a tracer in the board. i should have checked.
