Ika my man.... what kind of material did you use on that blocker. You said same high frequency absorbing acoustic foam... what is this exactly and were did you get it. I presume just a regular foam will not work like that.

Man, you're always inventing some stuff,... it's always fun to see what things you came up with.

The stuff I used for my Jay Mitchell Donuts was this

Not sure what thickness Doc was using but I'd reckon 10mm would be about right. Possibly 12mm. I found the 16mm too restrictive, lost too much top end.

Hi Mcinku,
Hywel is correct, I use 10mm thick acoustic foam from this company http://www.efoam.co.uk/Sacoustic.php
I’ve used cheap badminton racket head to glue foam circle inside the frame and attached it to guitar stand. I can move it in different position to get the “perfect” tone.

Exocet,
Adam Hall sells this stands in UK

You can attach metallic angles for wall shelving to the lower front legs of the stand, that’s it.
Cheers

Cheers Pickmaster - I'm going to do something similar myself as my Head Cab / Speaker cab combination is far from stable when one is placed on top of other....I should have made my speaker cab a bit deeper.
