I owned one. I kinda liked the reverbs, But 2 drawbacks: - no analog dry signal (not a problem if you have a parallel Dumbleator) - no way to set individual patch volumes. I like to use this feature for extra volume without altering the sound (I guess a volume pedal in the loop could do this but it's a hassle. I'll probably buy a Suhr Mini Mix or something. I have to bypass it and see the difference in levels also.
It was easy to get a good usable sound, wish it had some EQ options. One thing I might do is get a 100' long cable (in the loop) to smooth out the unwanted highs this thing produces, other than that for $100 shipped I'm satisfied.........for now. :chairdance: Title: Re: Any luck with a T.C. But. If you want to use the chorus of the M300 would you want it parallel? I have a Dynacord Leslie in my rack. I want to use that in series. With the Rocktron I can choose if I want to run a patch in parallel (Reverb, delay) or in series (Chorus, Flanger,tremelo etc) Title: Re: Any luck with a T.C. Electronics M300 or M-ONE? I realy like my Dynacord leslie. Mind you I had to have a true bypass installed. Talking about tone suck....... It ramps up very nice as well (if you have a footswitch). Not nearly as good as your leslie though. That sounds awesome! I also like the Hughes and Kettner but it's heavey and needs a special power adapter |
