 I do have a problem with the od channel : it stays clean ! it sounds loud but stay's clean , no od here !! at the very begining od have been working for few hours at a jam with friends ...then nothing .. Huh? on an other day it was working for few minutes and...goodbye ! it's a bit disapointing !!  i have been checking soldering , everything seem's to be ok ..
Any advices are welcome !! i'm not an ingenior ! thank you very much ! (sorry for my english !)

If you can take pics of amp guts and post I could maybe help you.
Good thing is something is working, so most likely it will be something simple I hope.
Have you tried swapping tubes around?
v1 = clean  ( v1 is the furthest from the power tubes or first preamp tube )
v2 = od
maybe swap the 2 and see if anything changes
That would be the 1st thing Id try.

If it isnt tubes, post the pics and someone here should be able to point you in right direction.

Have you looked at the OD trim? It might be down or may have come loose. Also, it is possible that a tube went bad. Also, the clean channel gain affects the drive channel as well.

Are your relays in correctly? This sort of sounds like a problem someone had with a older version of the amp where it was easy to get them backwards. It seems now it would be rather difficult to get them backwards, but maybe not.

Also, make sure your soldering around the relay boards and rectifier boards is neat. No solder running underneath & between the two boards.

Go to this site and watch from number 58. Or all of it if you want. Some useful info there.

I've allready try differents combinations with the preamp tubes and the problem is still here...about the relays we have chek them with a multimeter and the're working correctly ...
I will send pictures as soon as possible , my amp is now at a friend's house trying to fix the problem ( is much better than me in buiding amps)  Tongue
I will let you know how things are going !
Once again thanks a lot .
