got 2x12 openback cab with evm12Land ev sro 12 speaker two great speakers but I have wired them so that I can use two amps with them (dumble clone and marshall jubilee )my question is do I have to build a partition in the cabinet to stop each speaker interacting with the other or will it be alright as is, I prefer the sound of openback cabs thanks for any replies Title: Re: 2speakers and 2 amps in 2x12 Post by: Pickmaster on December 09, 2009, 05:01:44 PM You DON’T have to build a partition! You will loose lows.
Also! If you run two amps same time make sure speakers work in phase (with two beam oscilloscope). Test is not about a speaker polarity match.
