I was just wondering how you guys have grounded your amps? And what is the best way to do it? Some say run all your grounds to the one bolt on the chassis? But one Niks drawing it shows some other earths that seem to be also attached straight to the chassis. I found this picture on another forum, is this a good grounding plan?? Any ideas will be much appreciated. I built an OTS and it had about 5 grounding points in different areas of the chassis. A ground is a ground anywhere on the chassis but the shorter the run for whatever you are grounding the better. In other words you dont want to run a ground wire from one side of the chassis to the other just to ground it to the chassis, although it could work it may also cause issues. The lead dress will look better as well!
