hi all, im buying a jtm 45 from Nik (when paypal pulls its head out of it's.......) and i want to build a bluesbreaker style combo cab for it. i would love to buy a Cab from Nik, but unfortunately i am waaaaay too poor right now, and shipping that monster to Ireland would clear out my bank account Sad. so can anyone who has one of these post up some measurements?. im looking for on...
1. wood thickness
2. width X height X length
3. is it paint or tolex on the inside?
and 4. how are the panels joined?
any help on any of those would rock. thanks for reading all.

Hi

  If making head for the BB, you can actually use the small box plexi head cab.

  Dims are 26 x 8.25 x 10.5"

  The only thing different would be the front and back panel cutout, which are longer than the standard 16.5".

  I think 18 or 18.5" would suffice. I cant recall right now, but it isnt hard to measure and you dont need to be super accurate. As long as the controls and wordings clear, and you dont exceed the length of plates, itd be fine.

  As for tolexing - geez, I wish I know. Thats why I have my cab guy for it! LOL!

  But I remember cursing the bejesuz out of him initially. But it wasnt long before he could do it.  Smiley

Excellent!.thanks Nik!. that's all the measurements i need. whoever your cab guy is kicks ass, the BB combo cabinet on your site looks nice and purty Cheesy.
