I'm interested in ordering a 2550 kit shipped to the US.. How is the ordering handled? Promptly? What would shipping be? And if I needed parts how hard would they be to get? And how is the support? I couldn't find any bad reviews other than 1 or 2 that did not look genuine, but hundreds of excellent reviews, I was confident enough to order 3 at once, all went fine. parts are the same as any amp, email support is always there but returning to base for repair is not practical. If you have questions, email him and he will get back to you in an hour if not minutes. The support is fantastic. He will walk you through everything. I have a 2550 and a 18/36 watt EF86. both are wonderful. It will take approx. 4 weeks from when your order is received (or at least mine did). You can email Nik for updates if you like as well. He will tell you what the shipping cost will be. You can also track the shipping.
