Just noticed last night that the volume fades in and out.  It never goes completely silent, just comes and goes.  Then I can turn the amp off for a while and it's back to normal.  Using a delay in the loop and a Big Bloom out front.

Is it time to look at new tubes?  I've never changed the tubes before.
