Congrats! Let us know how it sounds when it gets there Smiley I am starting my Dizzy 30 build this week, will probably try to document everything in a separate thread as well.

I will definitely give it a workout and post videos here if I can figure out how. I will otherwise post them on my YouTube channel Grin

I haven't had that feeling long ago... when I bought my DC30 I barely knew what was Ceriatone. Then I contacted Nik,  and by the time I placed the order, it was like talking to an old time buddy. And then, the amp arrived... you are going to love that thing. Have you considered VVR? ... you can love this amp, and love it, and love it, and love it. But with VVR you can love it even more!

I bought my son one of these amps almost two years ago and he absolutely LOVES it!

How difficult would the VVR addition be? (I'm a novice when it comes to soldering)

Also, how quiet is your Dizzy 30 on the "dirty" channel(s)? (have you found that it's a bit noisier?)

Alwalt I'm gonna try this puppy "as is" first. I play "hard" and will find the sweet spot first. I'm gonna use this baby as my gigging amp so I need volume anyway. Frankandstephen I might try VVR but with my band and playin style I don,t try to tame nothin down!! Chair Dance

Amp showed up this morning and it's the bomb!!! I will be posting audio/video as soon as I stop playin this thing long enough to get my camera set up. I will put a message here and in the Dizzy 30 section. I can tell you right now that this will be my main amp!!! I have been gigging with my 1970 SF Deluxe Reverb and 1969 Plexi Super Bass (with 2 power tubes pulled) for 20 yrs and I have now found their replacement!!! Awsome job CeriaTone Grin Chair Dance

Hey Hired Hand if you click the link to my band's website you can follow the link from our site to TheBackyardblues Channel on YouTube. There are 6 video's from bars and festivals where I'm either playin the Fender or the Marshall, it will soon be the Dizzy 30 though!! You can also go to YouTube and search TheBackyardblues and the videos should pop up, there are 6 of them. Grin

The DC30 is a mind changer... you'll never know it is going to be your main amp until you have it...

Clips awaited!

Ok I finally stopped messin with this baby!! I tried several different speaker combinations and found that for me it's 2 x12 wired to 16 ohms. This seems to really open my amp up. I made 1 clip and it's on YouTube at TheBackyardblues Channel, I called it Ceriatone Dizzy 30 and it's short but sweet (I think). I will post live gig clips to show this baby off also. If I knew how to post the clip here I would, it would be way easier for anyone interested in viewing it not to have to go to YouTube Grin Chair Dance
