i dont know too much for tubeamp but i have the JTM45 BLuesBreaker, 2x12 combo.
for my order it did take. 1 month and 1 or 2 more week, but it did take more time because there was a problem with the 2x12 cab speaker hole and i ordered it all assembled with the external bias mod.

DHL do deliver to your door, and you have to pay taxes and other fee if they apply at home when they deliver it.

the tremolo build is a Fender "bias modulated" tremolo style, but you can ask nik for make sure or ask wich one you whant, am sure he can do what fit your need .

The white pt where a older model they had.(that what i been told when i called in june 07 that they dont use the white one anymore)
when i ordered my JTM45 Bluesbreaker i wondered myself and asked nik in email.
i got the same black model like the other ones and that probably what you will get.(you can ask for make sure as i did)

yes i had a tracking number for my order.
and indeed, that white pt dosent make it look too good.
