Hi,

If you receive the Customs Duty Invoice from DHL please take note of the tariff code.

We had experiences with customers (mainly in USA) that are being charged for Tariff Code: 9202.90.4000 : String Musical Instruments (eg guitar, harps, violin etc)  Huh?  Angry instead of  Tariff Code: 8518.90.000: Parts/Kits Of Guitar Amplifier.

We have sort this out with DHL and they will make the adjustment accordingly. If you are one of those or if you have paid pls email me the following:

1) copy of the invoice duty
2) DHL  tracking #

I'll help you sort this out. If you had paid, no worries, we will get DHL to refund.
