I have not built an amp before, but this layout looks very straight forward. Now bear in mind that I have not built an amp, so this may not really be the case. But, one question for those in the know? I understand that the lead dress is EXTREMELY crucial in these amps working right or having some real noise issues, can you tell by this layout?, if the way the wiring is routed is somewhere in the vicinity of where it should probably be when complete and correct??? and if not, where do you think you'd have issues on this layout?? Or is this a question that cannot really be answered with any real accuracy?
This definitely is not a simple first build - it is possible to build one as your first attempt, but you may have trouble with the typical noise issues and oscillation right off of the bat.
The wire routing is actually pretty good on the layout - it makes decent sense. A little bit of care to keep the leads short would go a long way into having a nice, working amp.
