What do you guys think of the company that makes the power and out trannies for Ceriatone? They seem to be a large and diversified company. We have five amps with the stock Ceriatone trannies, 2 Fender, 2 Marshall, and a TW clone. All the iron seems to be well made and function without trouble. But I am no expert on transformers. Nor have I ever done a direct comparison with a Ceriatone tran to a Merc Mag, Heyboer or any other brand of tranny. So what do you guys think. How do they compare? Has anybody done any real investigating? Thank You Title: Re: Ceriatone Transformers Post by: mcinku on November 08, 2008, 06:50:17 PM Well I didn't do any scientific research, I only compared two OTS amps one, with Ceriatone transformers (my amp) and one with Made in SLO transformers... like used in these HiFi amps...
