First question.... I asked Nik but did not get a response, I am having trouble working out where to put the I K K L M N connections on the 8 way switch provided. Also, cable to hook up the effects loop, I am assuming it is the shielded cable provided. Do I just use 4 lengths of cable using the centre wire. In the old pics on the ceriatone site, they seemed to be using different cable at the time they took the pics. I hope this makes sense. Thank you Title: Re: Two Build Questions Post by: ronman2 on January 08, 2011, 07:28:16 PM Just fallow the layout. but remember to turn your switch all the way counterclockwise and see which terminal lines up. start that one with L then as you turn the switch clockwise the next terminal will be k then J I M N you can have the 2 empty terminals at the beginning or the end just make sure which terminal you are on.
On the effects loop the shielded wire should have 2 wires inside plus the shielding which you will be grounding to terminal 1 on the volume pot .Look closely at the all the photos sometime you can see the connections. |
