The corners are not that big of a deal, but the back plate near the tubes and the underside seam is peeling apart.

I've tried to reglue the tolex using CA glue that nik recommended but after a few months they started peeling again.

The marshall type cabs seem to hold up better regarding tolex shrinking and peeling, probably because of the piping.

Any suggestions on what I should do? The bottom seam has shrunk to a point where the 2 sides of the seam don't join up and the underlying wood is about 3-4mm visible.

maybe you should try doing the whole section again?... I (somehow) glued my tolex into my amp, and had those problems too, I found the easiest way it's not to put some small drops, but redo a bigger part of the section. Maybe you shuold try to clean the inner part of the tolex, for the new glue sticks better. Remeber you must put glue (on tolex and wood), and wait about 5 minutes, the do hard pressure for better results....
Good luck!

Nd if you need to stretch it you can use a hot air gun to soften the tolex, just don't overheat it.
