Here's another clip I made, but this one is with my tele.  I like the tele with this amp better than the lp.  I'll get a clip of my creme brulee that Nik made me.  It's an amazing amp, I've just got to figure out what's wrong with that pot.

This is a Tele with Tonerider pups straight into the 1st channel.  Vol on less than 1, Bass on 6, Treble on 4.  Master vol bypass, half power engaged.  Starts on Bridge position, then middle and then neck.  I added a little delay after it was recorded.

And this corny country lick:

Just some doodling.

This was my Strat plugged straight into the EF86 side, volume on 7, tone 1st pos, cut at 3 O’clock, half power, and Master volume on about ‘half of one’, poor thing was almost idling.

woow... how could I miss this forum all of this time... Salutes to Nik from Walter from Costa Rica!

here are a couple of links from a gig we had, bad camera recording but shows how the DC30 (amp of amps!)  gets along with my pedalboard.... (sorry for the sloppy playing  Grin)

(nice solo at the end!)

This is all played through the EF86 channel at clean setting 15 watts, using Analogman SD-1/808 and DS1/pro to get gain sounds, a Yamaha CH-MII chorus and a EventideTimeFactor delay... to custom 2x12 with v30 and G12h30

I used to have a Matchless DC30 and sold it about 10 years ago. I toured with that one for a few years. Also, I've been repairing and modding amps for years for myself. I decided it was time to go back to the DC30. So, I ordered a Chassis from Nik and used the layout from March 12. I ordered all of the parts here in the US. I used some good parts (sprague, Mallory, CC resistors, etc). Built the whole thing myself. I used Classictone transformers. (I tried to get TDS but I think they are out of business now) Anyway, I'm really glad I went with Classictone. They sound amazing. Here is a video of my first fire up of the amp. I'm playing with a boss DD5 delay and a blues driver. I have an 18 year old custom shop strat with SD little 59s in it. I'll do some more videos soon actually playing and not just strumming chords.
