Title: New VC Build Post by: hipofutura on March 04, 2009, 04:33:42 PM I'm new to the forum. This is my two week old VC. built it for two 10" Weber Vintage Series speakers. I thought the tweed look was appropriate. Nik included the tweed tone stack mod. Fantastic amp for Fender guitarists. I'm adding a master volume and am very interested in a face plate.
Title: Re: New VC Build Post by: keithshapiro on March 05, 2009, 02:25:37 PM I really like the look, I built my cab and head cab for my OTS but have never used tolex. is it difficult to work with? The pictures attached are the first speaker cab and head cab I've ever built and decided on hard wood pauduk and zebra on the cab and figured maple and pauduk on the head cab. The little design on the front is cocobolo.
