Post by: stevorc321 on May 06, 2008, 11:51:58 AM I believe there are only minor circuit differences between the 5F4 (super), the 5E5 (Pro) and the 5E7 (Bandmaster).The main diff in the tweed originals is the speakers they were paired with - 2x10" for the super; 1x15" for the pro and 3x10" for the bandmaster. Weber alnicos would be the most authentic for a tweed repro. I have a 15" weber alnico I run with my 5E3 and I love it.

How would you compare the response of a 1x15" to a 2x12" as that's the other combination I'd consider going for... |
