Title: 5E3 pics Post by: johan68 on November 22, 2007, 11:29:22 PM Just finished with the tweed on the cab for my Deluxe so I thought I share some pics.
It's a 5E3 built by Ceriatone, the cabinet was bought here in Sweden and I did the Tweed job, which I'm satisified with. Just need to mount the handle (waiting for it) then it's complete. It has a Eminence Legend 122 (the blue version) speaker. I'm a sucker for a clean tweed and that's got it. Love the basket weave too. Cheers Title: Re: 5E3 pics Post by: poipounder57 on December 02, 2007, 05:16:02 AM Sweet amp!!!

That's also the reason why I choose a walnut for my custom built tele. Not to mention it sounds good as well. :D Title: Re: 5E3 pics Post by: DrBluzeman59 on March 11, 2008, 07:10:56 PM Both look super sweet. Mckinu, Great touches in design and execution as well
Mine I want to put into a tweed cab I will add a lacquer stain job to, giving it that older vintage look and also protecting the tweed a bit . If you play in clubs and open mic jams though sometimes you gotta remind guys" My amp isnt your drink coaster ! " |
