I decided to go with something different just to see how this will affect the tone itself. Unfortunately I'm unable do the clips which will demonstrate the tone change but at least I can explain how different the amp feels now. I decided to go with a huge OT (50W) and that affected the headroom quite a bit. Now my amps stays clean much longer... apart from that, the amp feels to have more presence, but I can't prove that, it just feels like that. Bottom line is, my amp is back and the OT change seems tom be a change for the better. Guess which OT is the new one ;D |
