Id like to put an input to just drive the power amp so I can use a AMT SS-11 preamp. This preamp was not designed to go in the standard input of a guitar amp. Thank for any info all!

http://ceriatone.com/images/mods/TMBceriatoneEffect-Loop.jpg But to exactly answer your question, you the best pre-PI access is the wire that runs between the Normal Ch.'s Volume pot middle lug and the turret board. On the linked pic, you'll see this wire replaced with the C and D notations for the return jack for the FX loop.
