New guy. I have an 18 watter that I get no difference in sound by jumping the channels. Independantly, both channels work fine. Any thoughts on where to start looking? Thanks, Mike.

I guess start with the obvious. Is the jumper cable good, and is it an instrument cable?  It is easy to grab a wrong/bad cable.

I don't think you can jump channels on the 18watt.
