Anyone help out to do the cascade mod? I want more gain/overdrive out of the 18 watt TMB I have.

Is there a step by step or easy to follow pic or directions?

Thanks,

An easy test would be to take the red wire from the normal volume control wiper and disconnected it from the board.  Then connect this red wire from the normal volume control wiper and solder it to the TMB input jack.  Now you have an additional gain stage feeding the TMB channel.  Don't connect your guitar to the TMB input rather now connect to the normal channel.   You also have a volume control for each gain stage.  You may want to ground the PI cap input where the red wire came from to keep noise down.

Modifying amplifiers can boost sound but risks damage if improperly executed. Seek expert CDR report help evaluate proposed tweaks. A detailed technical report would analyze circuitry, model simulations and document measured outcomes. With sufficient background knowledge, CDR experts can guide appropriate modifications for your goals. But without electronics experience, it's safest to consult an amp technician. Technical CDR support lends insights before attempting high-risk DIY amp mods. Get clear guidelines upfront to avoid costly errors or safety hazards.
