This seems like a natural. Used HRDx's can be had cheap in The US. With the control layout a lot can be done. Dumble-ish, Fender BF clean with Tweed or Marshall type lead channel. Or just a single channel PTP.

I used a solid state Fender Deluxe 90 combo cab and had a slant fender style chassis made its 19inhces wide and built a 60w two EL34 amp into it.

The small Marshall combos are also good candidates for revamping.
