3  Community / Classifieds / Amplified Nation Suede 1x12 Combo NEW for Ceriatone Lunchbox on: October 12, 2013, 02:07:48 AM
Hey guys,
Here's an extra cab I have in my shop.

This is a brand new Amplified Nation build, Tobacco suede with oxblood/gold stripe cloth.  It's got the early generation Dumble look with the aluminum trim.  I did a double oval back panel for it.

It's got mounts drilled and is perfectly sized for the Ceriatone Lunchbox chassis and will accommodate normal sized 6V6 transformers, or of course a laydown.

My customer used a 5"+ tall PT for their build and this 18.75" cab wasn't big enough to fit it, so I built another one for him that was taller.

It is a 1x12 combo.  Everything was hand built and covered here in my shop and the cab is in mint condition, it's never even had a speaker installed.

Let me know what questions you have.  I could easily convert this to a 1x10 for additional clearance or if you wanted something smaller.

I'll give a nice discount on the cab, even though it's not technically a blem...

$365, $30 shipping, $395 total

The cab dimensions are 18.75" T x 15.625" W x 10.25" D

The inner dimensions are 17.25" x 14.125" x 10.25"

If you have questions and want to check fit, get in touch we can figure it out.  I'm happy to ship worldwide.

Thanks
Taylor

I'm a small builder in Boston with a lot of experience building high end headshells and speaker cabinets.  My name is Taylor and I own Amplified Nation.  You can learn more about us by checking out our website, www.amplifiednation.com or feel free to contact me directly.  I've been in the business for over 5 years making some of the best cabinets in the industry.

Everything we do is built in house, guaranteed to fit properly and I have a long list of references and happy customers.  I ship worldwide and my build times are reasonable.

Here's a few pictures of some cabinets I've built for Ceriatones.  I do lots of other amps too, but I figured since this is the Ceriatone forum...I'd start with these.

Thanks!

Is that the width of the cabinet or the chassis?

Cabinet.  Chassis is 25.5".  I covered my custom cab in suede so I went about 27 1/4" due to the thicker material.  My height is about 11 1/4" not including feet.  This gives me about 1" tank clearance on those huge Ceriatone transformers.  I don't have a problem with reverb hum.  It is a quiet amp from that standpoint and I don't see the need to go any taller.  Nik's initial cab version is about the same, give or take a quarter inch.  I think he is considering building them taller just in case.

6  Community / Classifieds / Accurate Combo Cabinet sized for Ceriatone Overtone and HRM 19.5 on: August 03, 2011, 01:33:05 AM
Up for sale.

Brand new combo cabinet.  This one has a just under a 19.5 inch opening so it will fit the Ceriatone overtone and hrm chassis (19.25" x 8" x 2.5").  The chassis will butt right up against the aluminum trim.

Wow does this look killer.  Cab is covered in a one piece seamless wrap of rough black.  Genuine diamond cloth and aluminum trim.

There is no handle installed...so you can pick what you want on there.

Cab is built of 13 ply baltic birch (highest end stuff), it is finger-jointed, has a 1/2" baffle with 1/4" trim to prevent cloth buzz, 1/2" back panel with a nice size port.  I installed "chassis rails" on the inside to support the chassis when you mount it in the cab so you don't have to flip it over or try to have someone hold it.

Big rubber feet.  You could bounce a baseball of the grille it is so taught, so no worries about humidity sag.  This cabinet is very well put together.

The speaker is offset to balance weight of transformers and give more room for larger frame speakers.

$350 for the cab plus $35 shipping anywhere in the US.  PM with questions or to take this home.  These cabs sound as great as they look.  I'm located just outside of Boston, MA
