British Style / JCM 800 2203, 2204, 2550, 2555 / Housing the 2202 chassis

I am purchasing a used 2202 naked chassis and want to get a headshell cabinet to fit it after it arrives. So far Sourmash Cabinets has the best prices. Maybe Ceriatone sells their own cabs also? I don't see them listed separately. I am in LA and there is a cab maker called VBoutique in Buena Park, Orange Co. I don't see a headshell on their page but would prefer to deal locally if possible so I tried to call them this morning after 9, but got the answering machine. Any tips?

IS there an amp cabinet builder as good and cheap as Sourmash, in the West? Mr. Mash's prices are a whole lot less than others I've seen and what's with Mojo charging so much?
Specifically to the chassis–head cab match, what cab is best for the Ceriatone 2202 – the 15" wide OTS or 21" 18w size like the one housing the Lead & Bass 20?
