It's a dream of mine to have a low output Dumble - for practical reasons Nik cannot make me a custom 1W job.

So I thought of going with a 12AU7 output section (single ended or push-pull)

A question please for you knowledgeable folk:

When Ceriatone made the OTS 20 they changed to a new preamp configuration.
Is that because the preamp from the 50W amp will not work nicely with a lower output power amp?

What further changes might I need to make in order for it to work with a 1W output power amp section
